Tokoroa's only Pet Friendly accommodation.Amisfield Motel is in a quiet part of Tokoroa, off SH1 in a rural setting, only 2 minutes from the town centre. The complex has 7 ground floor units which comprise of 2 x 2 bedroom units (sleep 1 - 6) with full kitchen facilities, 2 x Semi Studio Units Open Plan (sleep 1 - 4), with kitchen facilities, 1 large studio unit (sleeps 1 - 3) and 2 studio units. All units are served daily (except Christmas Day and News Year Day). We are also a Pet Friendly Motel catering for all sorts of animals including Horses. Tariff $60-113(single), $90- $115 (double). Long term stays available on request. We except all credit cards plus Bartercard.

Cancellation Policy

The booking of accommodation is a contract between our two parties. The Amisfield Motel will provide the accommodation and services described and agreed upon. Once you make a reservation with us rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerized reservation system. The guest undertakes to pay for the accommodation booked unless it has been cancelled by them. Due to the nature of our business and our small size cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy. Basic outline for Individuals A) If you cancel your booking more than 5 days before midday of your expected day of arrival a full refund of any deposit paid will be forwarded to you. B) If you cancel your booking within the 5 day period before midday of your expected day of arrival and we are able to re-let the unit/s you will receive a full refund of your deposit paid. If we are unable to let the unit/s booked by you then we reserves the right to retain your deposit. C) If you have issued your Credit Card details as a means of reserving the unit/s and no deposit has been given or taken and clause (b) above applies then we reserves the right to Debit your Credit Card for half the expected cost of the unit/s booked by you. D) If you have paid a deposit by cheque cash credit card or any other means and you cancel on the day you are due to arrive or there is no prior notification of cancellation and you fail to arrive then we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid. In cases where the deposit does not cover the actual loss incurred then we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the balance. E) If you have issued your Credit Card details as a means of reserving the unit/s and no deposit has been given or taken and you cancel on the day you are due to arrive or there is no prior notification of cancellation and you fail to arrive then we reserve the right to Debit your Credit Card for the full amount of the expected unit/s cost. F) In all situations described above where a deposit has not been paid and credit card details have not been issued then we reserve the right to issue an invoice for the appropriate amount.
