Cancellation Policy

ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS Conditions of Use CHECK-IN between 4pm-5pm CHECK-OUT before 11am The Red Feather does not have a reception desk. To ensure a smooth check-in please arrive between 4-5pm. We will endeavour to accommodate your needs if you require a later check-in than 5pm. Please contact the Manager to discuss. An imprint of your credit card will be required for a security deposit at the time of check-in. On departure please ensure your room door is locked with the key in the door lock inside the room. HOUSE KEEPING In order to maintain the highest standards of comfort for all our guests; Smoking inside the Red Feather Inn is not permitted. Pets are not permitted to stay at the Red Feather Inn or its grounds. Not suitable for children under the age of 16 and any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Booking Terms CANCELLATIONS In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification in writing to the manager. A full refund will only apply if the room (s) are rebooked for the cancelled stay less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made 60 + days prior to the arrival date are subject to a fee of 30% of the total accommodation fee. Cancellations 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost. For bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of payment made. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. Your room must be left in a satisfactory clean and tidy state on departure. An extra cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if excessive cleaning is required. Any loss or damage of property belonging to the Inn will be charged for. Lost property will be held for approximately 3 months and can be returned by COD via Australia Post on request.
