Cancellation Policy

Policy Statement: 1. At the time of booking credit card details should be obtained and recorded. If such details are not available a 10% deposit should be sought. A 10% non-refundable deposit will apply in all cases. 2. Reservations may be cancelled up to to 1 week prior to the first booked date at no additional charge. 3. Reservations cancelled up to 24 hours before but less than 1 week before the first booked date will incur a charge of 50% of the charge for the booked period. 4. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked date and no-shows will be charged 100% of the charge for the booked period. 5. All charges will be based on the room rate only at the rate of occupancy of the booking. Any other reservations made on behalf of the clients (such as Farewell Spit Trips) will be subject to the cancellation policies of the provider. 6. Notwithstanding the above all charges may be waived if a good reason is provided for the cancellation or no-show at the discretion of Twin Waters Lodge management. (Such reasons may include illness accident or a death in the family.)
