Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival can be transferred to a later date; or refunded less 15% of booking value at Summit Ridges discretion. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. COVID-19 cancellations: Any cancellations made due to Victoria COVID -19 shutdowns/closures can be cancelled and fully refunded less a 15% booking fee. All other interstate COVID cancellations while we are open and operating can only be refunded if and only if the room is rebooked, less a 15% booking fee. Check In & Check Out Times: Room check in time is 2:00pm and room check out time is 10:00 am. Booking Terms and Conditions Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend domestic travel and ambulance insurance. No Pets/No Smoking: No pets are allowed in any of the rooms and Summit Ridge is a smoke – free building --- please smoke outside on the restaurant balcony, on the upper and lower floors exit doors and outside the front entrance. There is a cleaning fee of $500 if smoking has occurred in the room. Cleaning and Breakages: You are responsible for any breakages or damages so please take care during the term of your stay. And please assist us by leaving the room clean and tidy, or additional cleaning fees may be charged. These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any infringement permits Summit Ridge Lodge to refuse a key, amend the tariff or immediately terminate the booking.
