Old Mill Park is an ideally-located and well-loved family home, offering stunning views across the valley and a short stroll into the centre of Bright. The well-known Rail Trail is at your doorstep, making it ideal for great walks and cycling. Providing comfortable accommodation, this well appointed home can accommodate 18 guests. Old Mill Park has a full-sized kitchen including; dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric stove and cook top, electric frypan, slow cooker, wok and more. All cutlery, crockery, saucepans and cooking utensils are provided. Two separate lounge rooms both with TV, DVD player and a Chromecast create great spaces for both children and adults. Reverse-cycle split systems x 3 (heating and cooling) provides that extra touch of comfort for your stay. Also fans and wall heaters in every bedroom. A great outdoor area with a Weber barbeque and plenty of seating for all, allows for relaxed al fresco evenings. Pet friendly too.

Old Mill Park is a non-smoking property. Use of Old Mill Park is for holiday accommodation purposes only. No parties or functions are permitted. Only the number of guests advised at the time of booking are permitted to stay. Old Mill Park is pet friendly. Please advise us if your pet will be joining you. There is a pet fee of $45 which must be paid prior to arrival. (A maximum of two dogs permitted). There is a cleaning fee of $500 charged at time of booking Please respect the local community and our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. The Owners are not responsible for the security of your belongings or your pets. Please ensure the property is locked when not occupied. The Owners reserve the right to charge any costs incurred to the guests for expenses such as, but not limited to: Intentional or accidental damage to property, furniture, fixtures or fittings Replacement of missing items Additional cleaning Removal of excess rubbish Please leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on your departure Check-out is 10:00am. (A late check-out fee of $50 will be charged if this is not adhered to unless previously arranged). The name of the person from the original booking remains the sole contact and is responsible for the property and all communications relating to the booking. Prior to leaving, please place the keys in the key safe and lock. If you notice anything that needs replacing or repairing (eg, light globes, batteries, breakages etc) please kindly let us know, so we can attend to for the next guests.
