Any difference in booking value due to a credit transfer will need to be paid. This excludes all December/ January/ Easter peak school holiday periods. Refunds are only given to bookings in full that are unable to attend due to circumstances out of their control (government restrictions). Customers that are still within the cancellation period 28 days and they wish to cancel their booking the amount paid will be refunded less the cancellation fee.
