Check in and check out: Campsite bookings are valid from 2pm on the day of your arrival until 12pm the day of departure. Allocated Sites: Your booking is only for the site specified on your booking. Please ensure you carefully check before setting up camp as you may be requested to move if you occupy the incorrect site. Unallocated Sites: Your booking is valid anywhere camping is permitted within the campground site specified on your booking. Cancellations for confirmed bookings: Cancellations requested at least 3 calendar days prior to the arrival date of a booking are eligible for a full refund. Requests to edit confirmed bookings: Confirmed bookings cannot be edited on the day of arrival. All edit requests require a minimum of one business day notice prior to the arrival date of your booking. Once your edit request has been processed you will receive a confirmation notice. If an edit request is made less than 3 days prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund partial refund or credit.
