All bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Fees and charges offered on the booking website are valid at the time of booking. Length of a booking: The length of stay in any one campsite/campground is limited to 14 days unless approved by Council otherwise. Check in and check out: Campsite bookings are valid from 2pm on the day of your arrival until 12pm the day of departure. Unallocated Sites: Your booking is valid anywhere camping is permitted within the campground site specified on your booking. Cancellations for confirmed bookings: Cancellations requested at least 3 calendar days prior to the arrival date of a booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 3 calendar days prior to the arrival date of a booking are not eligible for a refund partial refund or credit unless a campground has been closed by the operator. Requests to edit confirmed bookings: Confirmed bookings cannot be edited on the day of arrival. All edit requests require a minimum of one business day notice prior to the arrival date of your booking. Once your edit request has been processed you will receive a confirmation notice. If an edit request is made less than 3 days prior to your arrival date you will not be eligible for a refund partial refund or credit. Requests to edit confirmed bookings includes change of vehicle registration number of person/s on the existing booking and change of arrival and/or departure date.
