The cottages are close to all the major wineries, restaurants, cafes and wedding venues of the Hunter Valley. We have fixed bedding for 43 plus some cottages can have extra beds put in if need be. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation the following fees will apply to any refund due with the time taken from the date of arrival. More than 28 days notice full refund less $30 administration fee. Between 14 & 28 days notice 10% of tariff plus $30 administration fee. Less than 14 days no refund unless cottage is re-booked for the same rate then full refund applies. Refer to our website for groups and special events
