Booking Conditions: Should any person or group cancel less than 14 days prior to scheduled booking, 100% cancellation fees will apply. Pinetree Tours reserves the right to at its sole discretion only to accept itinerary alteration requests during the 14-day non-cancellation period. Pinetree Tours rates and prices are subject to change without notice. Child Rates apply for children 3-12 years inclusive. Under 3 years FOC on all tours. Full adult rate applies for children 13 years and over. Passengers with disabilities are welcome on Pinetree Tours coaches and tours providing they are accompanied by a person capable of providing all assistance required and do not require special assistance from Pinetree Tours personnel. Pinetree Tours reserves the right to not carry anyone where it is felt they cannot cope with the requirements of the coach tour travel and who may require services and facilities which Pinetree Tours cannot guarantee to be available. You agree to not hold Pinetree Tours responsible for any decision made by them or any service provider to refuse to carry you.
