Changing Places Toilets are on the Mornington Peninsula.

Two fully-accessible Changing Places toilets are available on the peninsula. Changing Places toilets are designed for people with a disability who have high support needs, including requiring the assistance of a hoist and/or height adjustable table.

Changing Places toilets are currently located on the Mornington Peninsula at:

• Octavia Street, Mornington
• Arthurs Seat Eagle, 1085 Arthurs Seat Road, Dromana (base station). Free access to toilet adjacent to the Eagle

Changing Places toilets can be accessed using an MLAK (Master Locksmith Association Key), this can be booked online here or in person or phone with the Mornington Peninsula Visitor Information Centre in Dromana.

With your MLAK you can also access ‘The Liberty Swing’ located at the Hastings Foreshore Reserve, opposite Council Offices in Hastings on Marine Parade.

The Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK) is a system designed to give people with disabilities access to a network of public facilities across Australia. MLAK Keys can be purchased from your nearest Master Locksmith or borrowed from a Customer Service Centre of Council.

MLAK Keys have been fitted to elevators at railway stations, Changing Places Toilets, National Parks and in adaptive playground equipment (Liberty Swing) displaying the MLAK symbol.
