Cancellations can be made 24-hours prior to the ticket time for a full refund. Refunds are not available within 24-hours of the ticketed time. Change of times may be available at the discretion of the Love Boats Canberra and Events ACT, however due to capacity limitations, cannot be guaranteed. Please note that Love Boats are not wheelchair accessible. Adult - 13+ Child -12 and under Infant - 2 and under Concession/Student - proof of concession entitlement must be carried and may be requested upon boarding. Eligible concessions include ACT/Interstate Seniors cards, Health Care card or Pension card issued by Department of Human Services, DVA Gold Card issued by Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Services Access Card, and valid Student Identity cards.
