Terms & Conditions: All flights are conducted under Katherine Aviation's Standard Operating Procedures and Air Operators Certificate. At the pilot’s discretion Routes and Flight times may be changed due to weather or other operational requirements. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If your quote is for travel outside this period Katherine Aviation reserves the right to increase the quoted price. Quotations include all operating costs associated with the flight however additional costs may be incurred which have not been included such as diversions and remote refuelling costs. Diversions due to weather and military activity will be charged accordingly. Please ensure correct billing details are shown on purchase orders. To confirm a booking a purchase order or full payment must be supplied prior to the scheduled departure. All Scenic Flights require a minimum booking of 2 seats to confirm a flight. Passengers should arrive for check-in 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time *Cancellations must be in writing; within 24hrs a 30% charge will be incurred within 2hrs the full charter cost will be charged. Failure to show will incur full cost. Cancellation policy applies to all flights booked with Katherine Aviation AAA Charter and The Scenic Flight Company. *Any scenic flight bookings that include the Yellow Water cruise require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation due to operator charges. Any cancellations of these specific tours within 48 hours are subject to full charge.
