An extraordinary opportunity to get onboard the spectator vessel MV Nancy Wake - a 28 mtr ocean catamaran with open-air and all-weather viewing lounges for the Airlie Beach Race Week.

Departing Coral Sea Marina - Meeting Point D, begin in Pioneer Bay in front of the largest ever fleet, for the start of the days yacht racing. Then follow the fleet around the Whitsunday islands to see firsthand the excitement of yacht racing from a bird’s eye view. Be on the lookout also for Humpbacks as they show off with breaches and tail slaps around the Whitsunday Passage.

The Whitsunday Festival of Sailing runs 12-19th August 2021.

The spectator vessel MV Nancy Wake will be running daily on race days, 13th, 14th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th August 2021.

MV Nancy Wake is a 280-passenger vessel accommodating 198 passengers inside and 82 outside. However; for your comfort we will be capping passengers at 150 for this event.

Cruise is approximately 6 hours and includes a light lunch. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. *Please note that all transactions onboard are via EFTPOS ONLY.

All departures subject to minimum numbers and weather conditions. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS & COVID UPDATE GENERAL In these terms and conditions SeaLink means Curtis Island Services (ABN 76 165 816 017) its servants and agents. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland. All ferry schedules and information are correct at the time of publishing; however these are subject to alteration sometimes without notice. All services and reservations provided are subject to the conditions of the principal providers and no responsibility is accepted by SeaLink for misrepresentation unforeseen omissions or additional costs incurred including those arising from adverse weather conditions or any situations beyond the control of SeaLink CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL AND BOOKING Fares times schedules and routes are subject to alteration without prior notice at the discretion of SeaLink and SeaLink reserves the right to cancel vary the ferry service in any way or substitute any ferry or other means of transport without incurring any liability. The tour may be cancelled by SeaLink in the event that: • Minimum numbers are not achieved. • Strong Wind warnings or extreme rain conditions prevail. • Equipment failure is experienced. • Factors beyond the control of Sealink that prevent the normal operation of the tour. As a passenger you agree that you will accept the delivery of services from SeaLink at your own risk. SeaLink will not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever or whatsoever caused as a consequence of or arising indirectly or directly out of the provisions of services to a passenger including loss and/or damage occasioned by SeaLink its agents’ or its employees’ negligence. SMOKING including e-cigarettes is NOT permitted aboard this vessel CHILDREN who are 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult CHECK-IN AND BOARDING Passengers are required to arrive at Coral Sea Marina a minimum of 30 minutes prior to departure. SeaLink reserves the right to refuse boarding for passengers that arrive for check in after this time. When travelling on a SeaLink service you must follow the instructions given to you by SeaLink employees including a direction to provide a ticket and behave in a way which is respectful of other passengers. PRICING All fares and prices are in Australian Dollars. All fares are subject to availability. Always check your travel documentation for final prices. If your credit card or charge card is billed in a different currency to your purchase your card provider will determine the applicable exchange rate. MARINE PARK FEES are inclusive of ticket price CHILD fare applies to those aged 3years to 12years. INFANT 2 years and under is free CHILD aged 13years and above will incur an adult fare PAYMENTS Payment for tickets will be via the websites only. Transactions made onboard the vessel will be via EFTPOS only CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation policy applies to the Event Airlie Beach Race Week – Spectator Boat MV NANCY WAKE only: o Tickets are non-refundable including for unused services o Tickets are transferrable to alternate passengers and an alternate date within the advertised date range for this event however this will be subject to availability. o Should your ability to attend be a direct result of a COVID lockdown a part refund will be made available. 20% cancellation fee will apply PRIVACY STATEMENT SeaLink values your privacy. For full details please read SeaLink Travel Group’s privacy statement available at https://www.sealinktravelgroup.com.au/privacy-policy OTHER When you travel on a SeaLink service you must not: a) Smoke (including e-cigarettes); b) Behave in a manner which would be considered by a reasonable person to be offensive or in a manner which might cause discomfort distress offence or injury to another person; c) Board or alight from or attempt to board or alight from the vessel whilst it is in motion or without permission from the crew d) Disobey the directions of the staff or vessel crew; e) Be under the influence of or use illicit drugs on board our vessel or use prescription drugs which you are not medically required to take; f) Do anything which may endanger the safety of the vessel on which you are travelling or the safety of our vessel crew or your fellow passengers; and g) tamper interfere with or damage any part of the vessel or the equipment carried on board. h) Undertake activities such as cycling roller-skating skateboarding or any other such potentially hazardous behaviour. i) Perform upon any musical instrument distribute any advertising materials or offer any product for sale within the terminals or onboard the ferry. j) Obstruct passageways if required please seek assistance from crew with regards to where to place luggage pram or wheelchair during the voyage. We reserve the right to take all steps which are reasonably necessary to ensure; the safety of our employees and guests on board the vessel. If in the opinion of our crew you have not complied with your obligations as stated in these Conditions of travel we may take steps which include any one or more of the following: a) Move you to another seat or another part of the vessel; b) Remove you from the vessel; c) Report you to the relevant authorities; d) Refuse you from travelling on SeaLink services for any duration of time we believe is appropriate. You may be refused boarding of the vessel or be requested to leave the vessel; a) If you are in breach of these Conditions objectionable to other passengers or our employees or are for any reason disturbing causing discomfort to or threatening the safety or security of other passengers or our employees or any of our property; or b) If it appears to us that you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or are not physically or mentally fit to travel; or c) You have failed to comply with our reasonable directions (including the directions of our staff and vessel crew); or d) You have not paid the Fare or any applicable taxes or charges your Ticket has been reported lost or stolen (if applicable) has been dealt with by you in a way which contravenes these Conditions or has otherwise been acquired unlawfully; or e) You are or are suspected to be unlawfully in possession of drugs or in possession of illicit drugs; or f) You have tampered in any way with the vessel or its equipment made a threat or in any way put the safety of the vessel in danger; or g) If we reasonably believe that you may pose a threat to the safety or security of the vessel other passengers or our employees. LIABILITY Passengers should note that sea travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard our passengers and their possessions we cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to the actions of the passenger which are beyond our control. Sealink may use photographs of our passengers in promotional material including but not limited to social media however if you do not consent please advise SeaLink. COVID UPDATE Please note: The National Cabinet has agreed that public transport services (trains trams buses ferries) are essential and therefore exempt from the travel and social gathering restrictions at this time. However wherever possible passengers should try to leave a gap while travelling on public transport. At SeaLink Travel Group we are following the advice of the health authorities and the Federal and State governments when making decisions about our vessels cruises tours accommodation and operations. We will keep you informed of any changes that will impact your trip with us as soon as possible. Information on downloading the COVIDSafe App. What are we doing to minimise the risk of COVID-19? We have always had stringent and rigorous hygiene standards cleaning procedures and health and safety practices. During this time we have stepped our practices and procedures up even further. Our staff have been briefed and trained on appropriate hand hygiene and sanitising practices. We will continue to monitor and maintain these practices in accordance with the health advice to ensure we maintain these to the highest standards. All our operations have increased vessel cleaning procedures and practices. Hard surfaces (such as tables handrails door handles counters etc.) are being cleaned more regularly to minimise the risk. Where possible we have made additional hand sanitisers and cleaning stations available to our customers and employees to exercise good hand/hygiene practices. We have also placed hygiene communications in our vessels vehicles accommodation food venues shop fronts/counters/terminals from the relevant health authorities. In the unlikely event that a customer or staff member presents with symptoms where possible we will supply them with a mask and follow the instructions and recommendations from the Australian Government Health Department. Click here for more information. What can you do to minimise the risk? Practicing good hand and sneeze/cough hygiene is the best way to minimise the risk from COVID-19. You should: o Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after eating and after going to the toilet. o Cover your cough and sneeze dispose of tissues and use alcohol-based hand sanitiser. o If unwell avoid contact with others. Consider deferring travel and seek healthcare advice. o Exercise personal responsibility for social distancing measures (stay more than 1.5 metres from people).
