Terms and Conditions BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS | To confirm reservations a current valid credit card is required. Variations to this including pre-payment of accommodation may apply during peak periods at the property’s absolute discretion. Confirmation is 4 weeks (30 days) prior to the booking. Once confirmed you are committed to that booking with full payment required. Changes and reduced days may incur a fee. *We use dynamic pricing. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please check when booking. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS | We do not issue refunds for parts of bookings not redeemed or due to bad weather. No refunds for No Shows. Management reserve the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. No refund policy applies to extra guests on sites and accommodation once checked in. In the event of a cancellation deposits will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00 plus the following charges: Peak Times:                 More than 30 days from arrival – no extra charge                 Less than 30 days from arrival – full booking charged – no refund of deposit Off Peak Times:                 More than 7 days from arrival – no extra charge                 Less than 7 days from arrival –1 night accommodation Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation or deducted from the reservation deposit. DEPOSITS | During peak times a 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required 60 days before arrival with the balance being due 30 days before arrival. During off peak times a deposit of 1 night's accommodation is required. The property reserves the right to charge any Credit Card on file if payment has not been made prior to these terms. RE-BOOKING | To guarantee a same period booking for the following year it is required that you re-book with reception before your departure with valid Credit Card details (Credit Card will not be charged at the time of re-booking) PEAK TIMES | Christmas and New Years Easter Labour Day Weekend (both NSW & VIC) Australia Day Melbourne Cup weekend Queens Birthday Weekend ANZAC Day school holidays (both VIC and NSW) and main events in the region. MINIMUM BOOKING PERIODS | Applies to all bookings during the above peak times. CHECK IN/OUT | Check in time from 2pm. Check out by 10am. Early arrival or extended check out may be arranged with prior notice and is subject to availability. Where your expected arrival time is after 6pm please contact reception to make arrangements for your check in. Reception hours are 8:30am-6pm. PARKING | Free onsite parking is available no need to book. APARTMENTS | All apartments are self contained. (Do own dishes take out rubbish make own bed.) We do however provide service and refresh towels. Bed linen is done on the 7th day of a long stay or by request at any other time. Do not hesitate to ask. Full linen is provided. Please note housekeeping service is not included on Sundays or Public Holidays. CLEANING FEE | Bindaree Holiday Park reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee up to $100 or a fee at managers discretion for apartments left in an inappropriate manner. DAMAGES | Any item damaged as a result of misuse by the guest will be charged to the guest's credit card on file for repair or replacement. APARTMENT/SITE REQUEST | If requesting a particular apartment/site we will endeavour to hold however we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent apartment/site for the same period. PETS | No pets are allowed when staying in the apartments. During off peak times pets are permitted in the campgrounds. Please call ahead to confirm with management.
