Visit Museums Bathurst - a diverse group of local Museums, each offering very different experiences including the Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum (closed Wednesdays), the Bathurst Rail Museum (closed Thursdays), the National Motor Racing Museum (closed Tuesdays), and the Chifley Home and Education Centre (closed Thursdays).

Australian Fossil and Mineral Museum (closed Wednesdays) - see the stunning internationally renowned Somerville Collection, some of the finest and rarest examples of minerals and fossils in the world.

Bathurst Rail Museum (closed Thursdays)- Explore the stories of the railway and the impact it had on the local region. Be amazed by the model railway the size of a tennis court. Play with the world's largest permanent Brio set.
